Happy Endings

I loved this story. The way the reader could interact with the story really drew me in. In all this story was sad. How life never turns out the way people want it to. Very few people live the "ideal life" as shown in option A. Often times things are hard, people get hurt and they don't live happily ever after.

This Story had many alternate endings...here is one I wrote about the two main characters "John and Mary."

G. John and Mary fall in love and get married. They have 2 twin girls named Sarah and Jamie. They grow up in an average suburban house. A lawn for kids to play, a park down the street and plenty of kind neighbors. Everything is great until the girls grow up and graduate from college. Sarah becomes a huge environmental lawyer. Jamie moved back with her parents in order to kick start her medical career. While at home Jamie spiraled into a bad habit of sleeping too late and staying out partying until 6 am. She gives up on her medical career and decided she just wants to live at home. John and Mary urge her to find a job and an apartment of her own...but Jamie refuses. Her parents eventually kick her out after finding cocaine under her bed. Mary hears the news but ignores it because she it too busy saving the world. After 3 months of Jamie being gone a policeman showed up at John and Mary's door step asking them to follow him. The police officer leads them to a hospital where Jamie was taken after overdosing on heroin. The doctors say she has no chance of survival. John and Mary tell Jamie how much they love her and how sorry they are for everything. Jamie died 2 days later. John died 4 months after Jamie's funeral from a heart attack. Mary fell into a deep depression and died a year later in a car crash. Mary was the only one left of their family, and lived out her life like option A.
